Swelling: I would let your provider know and it would be a good idea for you to be seen. I do not know what your BP has been running, however, if this is elevated from your known along with the swelling this would be concerning.

Blood pressure ?'s: A BP of 140/80 at 34 w of pregnancy can be caused by pre-eclampsia, and should be treated by your OB physician. See your OB for management as soon as possible.
Dr. Christine Hom
Pediatrics 30 years experience
Blood pressure: Blood pressure in pregnancy is typically low, so higher BPs are of concern, especially later in the pregnancy. Please notify your obstetrician. Headaches or changes in vision would be of increased concern.

Neuritis: Nerve pain or numbness or burning is a common symptom associated with entrapment of a peripheral nerve in the foot. It is not debilitating, but very annoying. See your local podiatrist, an injection may be necessary to block the nerve and re-assess the symptoms post-injection.

My husband is diabetic and has numb toes on one foot and today has bulging veins on that shin and numbness and puffiness. Will this wait till monday to see doctor or is this an ER situation?

Have it looked at: If it is only on one foot then there is a chance he could have a blood clot in that leg and should be looked at today. Swelling in one foot and numbness that came on all of a sudden shouldnt wait. Good luck.
