All of my labs (comp. metabolic panel and cbc) have been normal twice recently, but i am still terrified i have cirrhosis. is this possible?

No: Unless you have a reason to suspect cirrhosis (history of viral infection, chemical or radiation exposure or hereditary liver disease), you should not keep worrying. .otherwise go for a liver biopsy which will yield a definitive diagnosis
