No: If still worried ask for "liver profile" in your tests.

Unlikely : You can have cirrhosis with normal Alt, Ast, but this occurs late in the disease process, by then it should be clear to you/your doctor something is going on. Also, you usually can tell on imaging but the only true way to know is by liver biopsy.
