While waiting for my blood tests at the doctor's for std/hiv, i've taken the oraquick hiv at home test twice, and both times got a c (negative). can i breathe a little easy or should i not rely on it?

Most likely, yes: If performed properly, oraquick has shown consistently verifiable results. I'd await the results from your doctor just to be sure. But, all things being equal, the oraquick tests are as reliable as the antibody tests we use in the office.
