Safe: All abortions are incredibly safe procedures ... In fact, they are safer than child birth. Usually they do not cause any fertility issues. That said, without knowing more about your case - it's impossible to say for sure. I'd talk to your gynecologist and perhaps suggest an ultrasound to rule out any tissue which may be causing an issue. Hope that helps!
