Hello, : Hello, I am answering this seven days after it was written. Obviously my response won't help the situation that you were facing at that time. One thing which you can do which is remarkably effective but simple is deep breathing exercises. Inhale slowly through your nostrils. Raise your arms so that you can fill your lungs with air and hold for five seconds. Exhale slowly . Repeat x 12. As simple as this sounds, it can really reduce anxiety and help to center you. You can do this anytime, regardless of what meds you are on.

There also may be support groups available in your area through planned parenthood or other organizations.
