i get bad period cramps which are usually 1 or 2 days out of my 6 day period days.i always feel comfort w/ advil or tylenol.could i have endometriosis?

Certainly possible: One of the most common symptoms of endometriosis is cramping during periods. It is certainly a possiblity but we can not draw this conclusion based on this limited information
