Certainly possible: One of the most common symptoms of endometriosis is cramping during periods. It is certainly a possiblity but we can not draw this conclusion based on this limited information

Not quite severe, but very bad. The slider only lets you choose no pain or severe pain. It's my right upper back just left of my right shoulder blade. Feels like a cramp. Heat, Advil, and Tylenol haven't helped.
