Alright i have been diagnosed with marfan syndrome and have been dealing with severe joint pain. tylenol heat pads and ibuprofen don't work. and i have no idea what to do. i have asked my pcp and those are the only answers he has?

Marfan Syndrome is a serious issue and not suitable for management in this forum. It is imperative that you consult a cardiologist to go on medication that may prevent aneurysm formation.
