I think i have endometriosis, but my doc told me to take some ibuprofen and deal with it. the pain gets so bad i can't move, so i've been taking twice the daily dosage to manage. now i'm having stomach pain and diarrhea with everything i eat. help?

Be persistent: Ibuprofen can be dangerous when taken in large doses, prolonged times or more frequently than every 6-8 hours. it can cause kidney damage, stomach ulcers and stroke. Follow up with your Dr and let them know that the ibuprofen is not managing the problem. Ask for a referral to a gynecologist who can do some testing and imaging to determine the extent of your disease and suggest treatment.
