SEE MD TODAY: This could be angina, chest pain and referred pain to the left shoulder/left scapular area and sensations traveling down left arm. If this is the case, symptoms indicate insufficient blood flow in your heart. Call your doctor today. It could be something else(panic attacks +\- gastric reflux), but acute heart disease must be ruled out. Consider:go to er next episode for ekg, exam, labwork.
