Lipo is safe: Liposuction is safe for removing un wanted fat. But it is not a treatment for PCOS. You must continue your healthy eating and activities because the fat will return. Also take whatever meds you have been prescribed for treatment of the PCOS.

Yes: SmartLipo is safe for abdominal fat. I agree with the previous answer in that it will not cure your PCOS or permit an unhealthy lifestyle. You should also know that it can only treat fat on the outside of the abdomen, under the skin, but not visceral fat, which is under the muscles, around your organs (this is all diet/exercise). A surgeon will be able to tell you which type of fat you have.
