Endometrium increased from 4.3 mm to 12.6 mm. tiny follicles size increased from 3-4 mm to 4-5mm. ovary increased 15.5 cc in right and 12.6cc in left?

Changes: 12-15mm is a good post ovulation/premenstrual endometrial thickness, but the follicles are still a bit small for ovulation. A mature follicle is more like 15-21mm. Of course it would help to know what cycle day your US was done.
