I have done my usg og whole abdomen.it show 7 mm regular trip line endometrium and 24mm follicle seen in left ovary.what does it mean?

Normal: At 24 years of age, this is a normal almost midcycle ultrasound. Ovarian follicles are usually around 20-25mm in diameter with the endometrial stripe measuring 8-12mm at the time of ovulation.
