I have a tingling feeling on/ in my left hip. before it was a tingling sensation but gradually it gets worst now it won't to away. what could it be?

Hip?: Where exactly do you mean? The 'hip joint' is pretty close to the groin. The side of your upper leg has a boney prominence called the greater trochanter, which can be a focal point of pain. the pelvis has a big bone called the iliac crest that can get bumped and bruised. Need to be more specific about where the sensations are happening.
