Not tailbone pain: The tailbone is a teeny weeny little bone that really is connected to nothing and does nothing. If by "tailbone" you mean lower lumbar, sacral or buttock pain that is getting worst and now you're feeling paresthesias in roughly the same areas, you need to get it checked out. There may be something in your lower back that is putting pressure on important structures. Don't procrastinate.
