Sacral plexitis: A complex array of nerve are deep in the pelvis in an array called a plexus. This derives from the sacral region. Inflammation will produce shooting pains in groin, hip, and thigh. In females must rule out ovarian disease. In males must rule out colon cancer. A thorough medical evaluation would be appropriate.

M Parasthetica: Meralgia paresthetica is a common condition caused by pressure from a belt particularly with heavy items, garter belts and even tight clothing. It causes compression of the lateral femoral cutaneous nerve which courses down the outside of the thigh. Other conditions can cause these symptoms. If not better with attention to above, you need to see a doc for diagnosis.
