I would feel comfortable that you are HIV negative: it is possible to to have false negatives if you have some kind of interfering antibody That interferes with the test however this is unlikely. I would feel confident that you are HIV negative giving the two negative test that doesn't mean you will always be HIV negative you must abstain from risky behavior.
