PCOS: Even if not overweight, you may still have PCOS. PCOS is an insulin resistance syndrome. check your sugar and if over 90 fasting I recommend a low carbohydrate diet with high-protein and lots of green vegetables this will alter your ovulatory cycle significantly if you have a glucose even in the 90s which would be close to prediabetic but certainly insulin resistant.
