I need help with trying to conceive and tracking my ovulation correctly?

There are ovulator predictor kits that you can use. You ovulate 12-16 days before your period starts and if your periods are regular this would be the window of days to conceive. Your temperature does go up slightly just after you ovulate and you can measure this temperature change. You can look up info of how to measure this temperature change.
