Do not biopsy now: this part of your mouth and taste bud may have been burned or irritated.you may have a small Sand-like particle what we call a stone in the duct. you may have a viral infection or even a small area of healing and repair from trauma.many times this will repair on its own. I would wait one month before I was serious about a biopsy I think it will get better.
