Don't Worry: Brian, as far as I know, everyone has circumvallate papillae on their tongues. These are larger round bumps on the tongue (near the throat) Unless you have the wrong terminology, don't worry.

Unclear question: We all have circumvallate papillae. That will not cause an infection. If she has other infections, like HSV, HPV, gonorrhea, or syphilis etc, you could get infected.
