Hi there had a biopsy on my foliate papillae and it all came back ok but they seem to have got larger and more inflamed is there any chance of cancer.

Foliate papillae: Since the Biopsy came back negative and "OK" as you state, that is good news. If they continue to enlarge and concern you, be sure to follow-up with the Dr.

None: Negative result means not malignant, there is no cancer as of now. If they are inflamed and they don't get better in a few days and you are still concerned get back to your doctor.
