How do u distinguish between eye strain and dry eye? i'm told eyestrain is temporary & won't age ur eyes quicker. but dry eye can-> permanent damage.

Try artificial tears: dry eye typically feels a little better right after you apply artificial tears (vision clears a little too) or sometimes with keeping the eyes closed. usually only severe dry eye can sometimes affect the cornea permanently eye strain causes blurry vision, headache, sometimes double vision and improves with resting the eyes, taking breaks.
