Absolutely!: Dry eyes can cause fatigue, but more importantly, dry eyes may be a manifestation of rheumatologic diseases such as arthritis, lupus and others.

Yes: Yes. Dry eye and eye strain can cause fatigue. Try frequent artificial tears and taking short breaks as needed.
