Eye overuse?: Fatigue is a symptom, so it can't cause dry eyes. However, overuse of your eyes can cause dry eyes which can give you that symptom. Having dry eyes in itself can cause you to have the symptom of fatigue as well.

Dry eye: With prolonged near or computer work, the eyelid blink rate decreases and the eyes get dry, leading to eye fatigue. With treatment, this issue can be avoided.
