6 hrs ago, i drank a large mtn dew with food. an hr ago, i took 3 aleve (naproxen) tablets to combat an ingrown toenail. my heart rate is ~88bpm. should i worry?

No: No, but if you are in that much pain, see your doctor for proper treatment of your ingrown nail. A podiatrist can easily remove the ingrown nail and prevent it from coming back.
