PSC worsening: This is complex and should be discussed with your doctor or an expert hepatologist at a medical center. Discuss ursodiol to lower LFTs, placing another stent and or discuss transplantation for PSC.F/U with doctor/hepatologist

Please clarify: I'm not sure what your question is, but do see your specialist. You may be a candidate at this time for a repeat short-term stenting procedure. Hope that helps.
