I did a rapid hiv antibody test at a lab blood was drawn from my vein abt 4+ months from my exposure it was negative. but i have been having white and rough tongue when i brush it goes off i also had klebsiella n irritation in my thoart why is that?

Your HIV tests are conclusive and prove you do not have HIV, no matter what symptoms you have now or might develop in the future. Neither white tongue nor Klebsiella in the throat suggest HIV or any other immune deficiency. See a doctor if they continue and/or you remain concerned, but you can stop worrying about HIV, no matter what HIV risks you might have experienced.
