Bump under tongue: Any lesion, sore or bump in the mouth that is sore, swollen and/or has lasted longer than 7-10 days should be examined clinically and visually, and possibly biopsied. Make an appointment with your dentist or an oral surgeon.

Salivary duct stone?: This may be a stone in the duct of the submandibular gland, like the picture. You would need to see and ear, nose, and throat (ENT) physician. Increase your fluids and suck on sour candy like lemon drops. You may also need antibiotics.
