Yes: You will save 240 calories if you have skim milk, more if it is whole milk. It is not good to skimp on protein. Eat lots of vegetables and salad to lose weight. No junk food.

Less calories: The tea as a substitute will contain less calories. But what you take in as liquid must be adjusted according to your overall dietary intake and needs so if your goal is to lose weight, an adjustment can be made. Always best to have a comprehensive plan and stick to it.
