Over the past week i have been having hot sweats, headaches at the front, eye strain, feeling unwell and my wrist is aching all the time. ?

?interrelated: These symptoms are nonspecific. If true fevers are present an infection such as sinusitis could explain some of them but not wrist ache. I recommend that you see a physician who would take a thorough history,perform a physical examination and order any appropriate tests in order to make a diagnosis.
