Sinus infection?: The ER doc probably said "nothing wrong" because s'he didn't find anything wrong. IMost of the time, sinus infections can be diagnosed by a good history and physical exam, although sinus x-rays can be helpful. IIf you have a primary care doc, I recommend your husband sees him/her.
