I agree that the eye discomfort may be related to that sinus finding, but since it's a sphenoid sinus infection that usually causes eye pain,I would also have an eye examination by an ophthalmologist.

I got chronic burning on nose, eye, lip (all left side) MRI of trigeminal nerve shows nothing, if relaxed I don't feel it. Could it be psychosomatic?
