Unlikely to happen: The growth centers of your bones determine how tall you can grow.Most growth centers will close at 16-19 years of age in males. After that happens, you can not grow taller. If your growth centers were open, a balanced diet/rest ; healthy physical activity would support good growth.There are no special diets,meds or exercises that make you taller.

Growth plates: Once we hit adulthood and our growth plates are generally fused - we can not gain any more height. At 19+ yrs of age, your growth plates are likely fused - to find out for sure, see your doctor. An Xray will be able to see if there a possibility of more growth. Sorry, but there are no medicines or stretching or herbs or whatever that are going to be able to change that for you.
