Height: Although that's not much to grow, most girls are done growing, by 19. If you haven grown in the last few years; you're probably done. It's all genetic. I hope you get there!

Yourself nothing muc: We are bound by our genetic inheritance on how tall we grow. It goes by this formula [(father's height - 5 inches) + mother's height] divided by two. Usually the growth spurt happens in your teenage years, but some may argue boys and girls continue to grow in height up to early 20's. Your share in this 'deal' is to eat right, sleep right and exercise.
