Try....: Anti histamine like.....Zyrtec/ Atarax/ Vistaryl plus H2 blocker like Ranitidine. Clean and Iron your clothes and linen. If you have indoor animals...that is more important. Review any new food, detergent, chemicals you may have encountered.

Avoid scratching!: By this time, you've suffered tissue damage - but it can heal, hopefully totally over time. But you must find another way. I'll guess it's related to your allergic-tendencies - immune system issues. See an allergist for systemic treatment. OTC creams may help a bit till then. So can diluted vinegar gentle swabbing. Wait tillit's least inflammed or the sting will be BIG. But it does normalize pH.
