Is schamroth window test an accurate way to check for finger clubbing?

Yes: Visual inspection of same fingers on each hand placed nail to nail for obliteration of diamond-shaped window is fairly sensitive. Normal nail angle is 165 degrees or less (see diagram) I examine the nails from the side carefully. Usually, it's very obvious. Thanks for trusting HealthTap!

If alere determine rapid is a 4th gen HIV test, why does it have the same window period as oral home HIV test? Why is it not better than oral test? I had 4th gen vein at 6 weeks and 4th gen rapid finger prick at 2.5 months. Both negative. Test more?
