I'm checking my cervix to see if its high during my fertile window. what is the best way to check to see if its high with middle finger. should i check laying down, standing up with bent knee, or sitting? will i feel the tip if its high or nothing?

What reason?: Why do you need to check whether or not your cervix is high or not. You may or may not be able to feel your cervix with your middle finger & more likely standing up with one foot up on a chair. Much easier than lying down. Are you trying to check whether an IUD is in place?
