Generic Keppra (levetiracetam): dose should be split (twice a day dosing) to improve 24 hour coverage even if its the once a day generic keppra (levetiracetam). I usually also give 10 to 25 mg of Vit B6 daily to avoid / minimize side effects ("Keppratude") Be careful not to take too much B6 as it has a potential toxicity state. www.healthtap.com/drericweisman
