If i had an hiv test 25 days after possible exposure and it came back negative is that pretty reliable? it was an antibody and antigen test

HIV testing: You should be followed up with a repeat test at 3 mos, but the test you had is fairly reliable by itself. The problem is the rare individual whose tests become positive later than the 25 period you mention.
