This has been bothering me today. how exactly does the embryo not just fall out after being implanted in the uterus? think i would be scared to cough

It's implanted: An embryo is tiny (slightly bigger than the size of a dot on a page), and has taken root into the lining on the inside of one's uterus. After implantation, the embryo won't fall out any more likely than a healthy tree would fall over on it's own.
