Reactive Lymph node: Sounds like you may have and ear infection. The lymph nodes in that area would be expected to have increased activity as demonstrated by being somewhat more noticeable to larger as well as local tenderness. Get your ear checked, the doc will check the local lymph nodes at the same time to be thorough.
