No need: to be concerned. This can be normal in the days following placement of tubes, If it continues or if the amount of blood increases beyond a few drops, call the ENT.

Depends: To put in the tubes, they cut a hole in the ear drum to insert it. That is living tissue that will bleed. They also suck out a lot of mucous debris from the middle ear with a vacuum and that can scratch the inner tissue. A few crusty drops are expected. If you find more than that,or it is continuous, I would call in and discuss it with the treatment team.
