Is premed needed before a dental cleaning if you had a heart ablation procedure in the last three months?

I would: not well addressed in the guidelines, but there is some endothelial damage necessary for the ablation - which heals over time - prophylaxis for the three or six months post procedure is probably over-safe, but the "cost" of prophylaxis is generally quite small.

Ask Cardiologist: No one knows your situation better than your Cardiologist and your Dentist. Ask them to talk to each other.
