Not clear.: it is difficult without seeing the results of all of your tests to know how to interpret them. Certainly, IBS – C should not cause any elevation in your white blood count or ALT. I think you should wait until the results of your tests are back and speak with the doctor who did them to determine what the next step in your work up should be. Good luck.
