My acl ruptured for the 3rd time 5 years ago. can't get surgery again. i think i tore my meniscus again the other day. how can i treat it at home?

Seek help: Sorry, Bob, but you need an expert to guide you, and to give you all treatment options. I strongly recommend you seek the attention of a board certified orthopedic surgeon, hopefully one with sports medicine experience. You don't want to give up on your knee at 32, so get going. Good luck.
