Not ovarian cyst: Is there any chance that you could be pregnant? This could be a miscarriage, or more concerning would be an ectopic pregnancy. Are you having pain and cramping? Or just bleeding? If you're also having pain and there's any chance you can be pregnant you should go to the emergency room immediately
