Keep breastfeeding him through the illness, it will provide comfort as well as protective antibodies. You can add in Ibuprofen to assist with pain. It also lasts longer than tylenol (acetaminophen). If we weighs around 22 pounds then he can have a teaspoon. You can give every six hours as needed for pain.
