Asthma: This is adequate treatment depending on your asthma severity level, i assume your doctor did some tests on you? If you are not satisfied with your treatment you can seek the opinion of an allergist or pulmonologist to check your lung function test and guide your therapy. Oh and btw stop smoking!

Yes...and No: Use the Qvar 2 inhalations with your spacer everyday. The proair should only be used as a rescue inhaler on an as-needed basis.
