To control my asthma i have to take qvar, xopanex, duoneb, and prednisone constantly. i don't want to take all this medicine. what can i do to change?

Time for a visit: You need to sit down with your doc/asthma specialist and come up with a treatment plan you can understand and do consistently. You mention several meds that do the same thing, and if you are changing up your program you are not getting consistent results.
